3.1 First Visit Banner
On your first visit to botvee.ai, a cookie consent banner will appear with three clear options:
- Accept All — essential, analytics, and functional cookies are placed
- Customise — opens the Preference Centre to toggle each category independently
- Reject Non-Essential — only strictly necessary cookies are placed
3.2 Preference Centre
Available at any time via 'Cookie Settings' in the website footer. Allows you to: toggle each non-essential category independently; view retention periods; see the date your consent was last recorded; and review which providers are involved in each category.
3.3 Withdrawing Consent
Withdraw or change your cookie preferences at any time through the Preference Centre. Changes take effect immediately. Withdrawing analytics or functional cookie consent does not affect core platform functionality. Your original consent record is maintained for audit purposes per GDPR compliance requirements.
3.4 Consent Re-Request
We will re-request your cookie consent after 12 months, or immediately if we introduce new cookie categories or make material changes to our cookie practices.
