  • Where to create and manage chatbots
  • How to access bot settings and training options
  • Where to monitor conversations and analytics
  • How to manage bot features and integrations

Step 1: Log in to Botvee

Visit the Botvee platform and log in using your account credentials. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Botvee Dashboard — the main control panel for managing your chatbot system.

Step 2: Understand the Main Dashboard Sections

The dashboard is organized into different sections:

  • Bots – Create and manage your chatbots
  • Training / Knowledge Base – Add website data, documents, or text for bot training
  • Conversations – View chatbot interactions with users
  • Analytics – Monitor chatbot performance and engagement
  • Leads – View collected customer information
  • Settings – Configure bot behavior and system settings

Step 3: Manage Your Chatbots

Inside the Bots section, you can create new chatbots, edit existing bots, configure bot settings, and activate or deactivate bots. Clicking on a bot opens its management panel.

Step 4: Configure Bot Settings

The bot settings area allows you to control bot instructions and personality, communication triggers, human handoff settings, issue reporting options, and analytics tracking.

Step 5: Train Your Chatbot

The training section allows you to give your chatbot the knowledge it needs. You can train the bot using website URLs, documents (PDF, DOC), or custom text content.

Step 6: Monitor Conversations

The Conversations section lets you view user messages, see chatbot responses, monitor ongoing conversations, and identify common customer questions.

Step 7: Track Analytics

The Analytics section provides insights including number of conversations, user engagement, response activity, and chatbot usage trends.

Step 8: Manage Leads

If lead generation is enabled, the dashboard displays captured leads including customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and inquiry details.

Troubleshooting

Dashboard not loading — Refresh the page or check your internet connection. Cannot access certain features — Some features may require a Pro plan upgrade. Analytics not showing data — Ensure analytics tracking is enabled in bot settings.
