Go to the Botvee platform and sign in using your account credentials. After logging in, you will be taken to the Botvee dashboard.

The dashboard is where you manage everything related to your chatbots. Here you can create new bots, train bots with data, monitor conversations, manage leads and support requests, and access integrations and settings.

To create a chatbot:

1. 1Click Create Bot in the dashboard
2. 2Enter your bot name
3. 3Choose basic settings for your bot
4. 4Save the bot

Once created, your bot will appear in your bot list where you can manage and configure it.

For your chatbot to answer questions correctly, it needs training data. You can train your bot using website data (by adding your website URL), documents such as PDF or DOC files, or custom text content.

Before using the chatbot on your website, test it inside the Botvee dashboard. Try asking questions such as product information, support questions, and pricing details.

After testing your chatbot, you can integrate it with your website. Botvee provides different integration options, such as adding it to your website or using a plugin.

Chatbot gives incorrect answers — Add more training data or update existing content. Bot does not respond to questions — Check that the bot is trained and active. Bot responses are too generic — Train the bot with more specific information related to your business.
