Your workspace holds customer conversations, so Botvee gives you real controls over who can get in.

Sign-in protection

• Two-factor authentication — require a second factor at login
• Passkeys — sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a security key instead of a password
• Email verification on signup and on email change
• Re-authentication before sensitive actions such as buying add-ons

Login devices

Settings → Login Devices lists every active session with its device, browser, location and last-seen time. Revoke anything you do not recognise, and the session ends immediately.

Data controls

• Delete a contact and everything the AI learned about them goes with them
• Delete a knowledge source and it stops informing answers
• Export your data on request
• Conversation retention follows your plan

Compliance

Botvee publishes a Privacy Policy, DPA, subprocessor list, GDPR statement and Acceptable Use Policy — all linked in the site footer.
