Playground is a private chat with your agent. Same engine, same knowledge, same triggers as the live widget — but it is a test, not a customer.

How to use it

   Select the AI Agent you want to test

   Watch how it answers and when triggers fire

What to test before going live

• Your top 10 real customer questions
• Pricing questions — the answer must match your site exactly
• A question you know it cannot answer, to check it escalates instead of inventing
• The booking flow, end to end
• Lead capture timing — does the form feel intrusive?
• Another language, if you serve more than one

Fixing a bad answer

When a reply is wrong or thin, Playground offers to take you straight to the Knowledge Base so you can add the missing source, retrain, and try again.
