Facebook Messenger

Answer messages sent to your Facebook Page automatically.

What you need

• A Facebook Page you administer
• The Page ID
• A Page Access Token with messaging permissions, from your Facebook app
• An AI Agent created in Botvee

Connect it

   Open Dashboard → Integrations → Facebook Messenger

   Select the AI Agent that should answer

   Enter your Facebook Page ID

   Paste your Page Access Token

   Click Connect

What it does

• Replies to Page messages using your trained knowledge
• Conversations appear in All Chats and the Inbox alongside every other channel
• Human handoff works the same as on your website
• Each customer becomes a contact with their full conversation history

Managing it

Dashboard → Connected shows the Page, its status and the assigned agent, and lets you reconnect when a token expires.
