Products Ranking

Products Ranking tells your AI agent which products to recommend first. Use it to push best-sellers, new arrivals or products with good margins, so when a customer asks “what do you suggest?”, the agent offers what you want to sell.

Before you start

• A connected store — Your products must be synced from Shopify or WooCommerce. Ranking unlocks once the catalogue is in Botvee
• An idea of your priorities — For example five best-sellers and a new collection

How to set it up

   Connect your store first

   Your products must be synced from Shopify or WooCommerce

2. 2

   Switch it on

   Open Dashboard → Explore Features and turn on Products Ranking

   Open it

   Click Products Ranking in the side menu, under AI Agent

   Pick the AI agent

   Ranking belongs to one agent

   Add products or categories

   Use the Products or Categories tab and click “Add” to place items in Priority 1 to Priority 5

   Click “Save”

   The agent uses the new order from its next reply

What happens next

• Priority 1 — Always among the AI’s best picks
• Priority 2 to 5 — Shown before everything below them
• Unranked products are still recommended, just after ranked ones
• If a customer names an exact product, that product always comes first

Good to know

• Ranking changes the order of suggestions. It never hides a product
• Ranking a whole category is quicker than ranking products one by one
