Every lead, booking and conversation can append itself to a spreadsheet — handy for teams that live in Sheets or push data onward from there.

Connect it

    Open Dashboard → Integrations → Google Sheets

    Click Connect and authorize with Google

    Choose the spreadsheet and worksheet to write to

    Map Botvee fields to your columns in the mapping dialog

    Save

    new records start appending immediately

What you can log

  • Leads — name, email, phone, score, agent, channel, timestamp
  • Bookings — service, date, time, customer details
  • Conversations — summary, channel, outcome, CSAT

Notes

  • Rows are appended, never overwritten — your history stays intact
  • Existing spreadsheets work; the mapping adapts to your column names
  • Only records created after connecting are logged
  • Google access can be revoked at any time

Tip

Sheets is the simplest bridge to anything else. Pipe it into Looker Studio, your CRM importer, or a Zap once Zapier ships.
