Google Sheets

Every new lead or booking can be added to a Google Sheet as a new row, the moment it happens. No exporting needed. Use it if your team works from a spreadsheet, or to pass leads on to another tool that reads from Sheets.

Before you start

• A Google account
• A spreadsheet — Or let Botvee create a new one for you
• Leads or bookings switched on — Lead Capture or Appointment Booking, which need the Growth plan or higher

How to set it up

   Open the window

   Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Google Sheets and click “Connect”

   Choose who it is for

   Click “Connect” next to one AI agent, or next to “The whole workspace”

   Click “Continue with Google”

   Google asks which account. Approve access and you return to Botvee

   Open the mappings

   Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Manage, then “Mappings” on the Google Sheets card. A mapping links one event to one sheet

   Click “Add mapping”

   Choose the “Event” (New lead or New booking) and the AI agent whose events should be logged

   Choose the spreadsheet

   Click “Choose from Google Drive” and pick it in Google’s own window, or click “or create a new spreadsheet”

   Pick the “Tab” and the “Columns to write”

   For a lead: name, email, phone, country, agent and time. You can rename each column header

   Click “Create mapping”

   Then click “Send test row” to check a row appears

What happens next

• Each new lead or booking is added as a new row as it happens, not in a daily batch
• If the tab is empty, Botvee writes the column headers first
• Bookings taken in chat and bookings you add in the dashboard both get a row

What you can do with it

• Log leads — Name, email, phone, country, which agent captured it and when
• Log bookings — Each booking as its own row
• Use several sheets — The same lead or booking can go to more than one sheet, each with its own columns
• Per agent or whole workspace — Send one agent’s leads to its own sheet, or every agent’s to one

Good to know

• Botvee can only open the spreadsheets you pick or it creates — nothing else in your Drive
• Only new leads and bookings are added, not old ones
• Disconnecting stops new rows. Rows already in the sheet stay

Troubleshooting

• “No agent has Google Sheets connected yet” — Connect one from the Google Sheets card first
• A pasted link does not work — Pick the file with “Choose from Google Drive”. Picking it is what gives Botvee access
• “Pick an AI Agent, an event, a spreadsheet, and at least one column” — One of these is missing in the mapping
• No rows appear — Click “Send test row”. If that works, wait for the next new lead or booking; old ones are not added
