How it works

    Invite a member by email

    Assign one or more AI Agents to them

    They accept the invite and see only those agents

What a team member can do

For their assigned agents only:

  • View and manage conversations
  • Take over human handoff requests
  • Claim and resolve support tickets
  • Handle reported issues
  • Read analytics and performance data

Access control

  • No access to other agents’ conversations, leads or analytics
  • No access to billing, plans or workspace-wide settings
  • Every action is scoped to their assignment
  • Admins see everything across every agent

Seats

Seats depend on your plan — 1 on Growth, 3 on Pro, and more via the team seats add-on. See Plans & Limits.
