Answer Instagram Direct Messages with your AI Agent — useful when most of your enquiries arrive through social.

What you need

• An Instagram professional account (Business or Creator)
• The account linked to a Facebook Page
• Your Instagram Account ID
• An access token with messaging permissions
• An AI Agent created in Botvee

Connect it

   Open Dashboard → Integrations → Instagram

   Select the AI Agent that should answer

   Enter your Instagram Account ID

   Paste your access token

   Click Connect

What it does

• Replies to DMs using your trained knowledge
• Handles product and pricing questions with your catalogue if a store is connected
• Escalates to your team through the same Inbox
• Builds a contact profile per customer

Managing it

Reconnect or switch agents at any time from Dashboard → Connected. Instagram messages count toward your plan’s AI message limit.
