Connect Gmail and customer email arrives in your Inbox alongside your website and WhatsApp chats, where your team answers it on the same thread.

   you are redirected to Google

   Sign in and grant the requested permissions

   You return to Botvee with the account connected

What it does

• Receives customer email as an Inbox conversation
• Replying from the Inbox emails the customer on the same thread
• Sends booking confirmations, reminders and stock alerts from your own address
• Each AI Agent can have its own mailbox

Notes

• One Gmail belongs to one AI Agent; Calendar, Sheets and Drive stay on a single workspace account
• An agent with no mailbox of its own sends from the workspace account, and replies still reach it
• Google access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions
